We made a verbal contract last year to do the project. The copmany kept on pushing us eith dates and ultimately it was for next spring. Now when we talked to them about the startin dates. He refused to do the job on the pretext the prices are gone uo and wanted to increase the contract price by 20 percent. We refused to inctease 20 percent but offered 12.5 percent. He refused. They did not stand by on the commitment and trapped us to increase the price. Ultimayely he refusef to do the project and says shall return our deposit money.
