We bought a home with furnance & AC approx 3 years old, installed by Smart Home. No issues, everything was working properly until this week when we went to turn the A/C on. The unit was working, but no cold air was getting upstairs to the bedrooms. We called & spoke to Ryan, and a technician was out the same day. He was here maybe 30 mins, checked the AC unit as well as the furnace fan in the basement and figured out what the issue is after checking both. He cleaned up everything & our AC is working perfectly now, we were not charged anything.
