When I first made my inquiry, My Home Handyman was very quick to respond, to follow up and to offer alternate solutions to me. I had a very large couch that would not fit in the elevator, so I called to inquire about having it taken apart and moved. This turned out not to be an option. But while talking with Erin, I learned that there was someone there that was a professional mover. She put me in touch with Arron, who promptly called me back and we worked out a plan. They ended up taking it up 7 flights of stairs. I am very happy with Aaron and his helper. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you very much My Home Handyman.
