Just had another great experience with Uptown Appliance last week. I've been planning on writing this review for over a year and finally made the time. I have several rental properties and over the past three years, have used Uptown on over ten occasions. Chris, the owner, is awesome, I'll text him a description of the problem, a photo of the model label attached to the appliance and he'll respond shortly after that with what he thinks the problem is and of course the cost of parts and labor. He'll always arrive at the agreed time with needed parts in hand. If there is more than one possibility, he'll bring both parts and return the other, on two occasions, the offending part was just misaligned and no parts were needed, so just a service call. I have owned properties for over 20 years and have dealt with many trades people over that time, some good, some bad, I can honestly say that I put my experiences with Chris and Uptown are at the top. top.

I recently had a great experience with Uptown Appliance. The owner Chris was very informative over the phone, picked up the parts, based on my description of the problem in advanced and showed up a touch earlier than promised. Once he was able to go through a bunch of trouble checking possibilities, he found the problem, fixed it, no expensive parts needed and it was good go. He also made a adjustment to the previous installation that was done incorrectly. I have a few rental properties and have never been overly happy with the service I have received. I will definitely be using Chris and Uptown Appliance for any future appliance issues.
