We have worked with Smid construction during last 5 years. First job was replacing expansion joint in our parking ( total of 950 spots). Second job to take off the asphalt and replace heating cables on our ramp. Next jobs will be upgrading the interlocking of site. They have done a fantastic jog and all residents, board members and management office was very happy and satisfied with their professional job.
