a technician came and looked at my heat pump . it s motor was making an noise. he said the motor had to be replaced. he had a small tester which he used to determine that heat and pressure were sufficient.he then left.they charged me $301.88 and 2.5 hrs. for this. they later came and replaced the motor for 441.38 . this part of the bill was reasonable.the parts were covered under warranty/
