I had Men in Kilts come last fall and was unhappy with the gutter cleaning but I wanted to give them a second chance and had heard great things about them. When Brandon arrived at my home I explained the situation that I was unhappy with the first service but wanted to give them a second chance as my grandma says they always do a great job at her house both on the gutters and windows. Brandon said he wanted to make things right and offered a discount on today’s services and told me he would go up and make sure he did it by hand this time. He was polite and answered all my questions, I would say he went above and beyond with his time here at my home. I will definitely have Men in Kilts return in the fall to do the gutters again (we have a ton of pine trees on our property) and then back again next spring for the windows and gutters.
