This is an exemplary service – from the cheerful reception (Nancy) to clarify the problem and schedule a convenient appointment, and (Neeve) in dealing with follow up questions– to the parting words with Craig and Jacob as we all agreed we hope not to see each other again for a long time. Our toilet had been behaving erratically and unreliably for a couple of years. Craig and Jacob promptly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary adjustments. They carefully explained what they had done and why it was needed. Beyond that, they voluntarily checked all our other plumbing sources, provided helpful advice on declogging and maintenance of our plumbing. Potential costs and pricing (very fair, considering our total satisfaction)- were reviewed every step of the way. No surprises.
