I used Grasshopper this year to plow snow off my property about four months ago, and I was very satisfied with their service. They arrived in a timely manner, were very professional and I will use them again.
I was shopping for a small desk for a couple of months. Most were way too large and the wrong style. I found a great small desk at Boston Interiors. The sales associate who helped me was fantastic. I like them because they carry furniture that fits in smaller spaces. Furniture stores these days seem to cater to those looking to fill HUGE rooms. I will surely be back for another round.
Thank goodness for such a great place. Our refrigerator broke. We were able to get them to fix it right away. We were in a rental and looking for something right away. This shop has always had great customer service. They're always there for the customer.
They really try to work with the customer. Rates don't go up too often and gladly credited me for when my service went out. Just very customer friendly, I would reccomend them, especially with the usual run-around you get with these kinds of companies.
I live in a large apartment building. I had seen cockroaches outside last summer, but it wasn't until February that I started seeing them inside, in the bathroom, in the kitchen sink, really pretty gross. ACE came very quickly after I called and laid poison, which took care of them for a while. However, it's been a month now and it seems like they're back, so it might be a larger problem than they anticipated. Overall, good, quick service.
