Id like to share my experience with Mr. Tanaka( RTA landscaping & Pools ) On October 4th/2021 I entered a contract with RTA Landscaping &Pools to install an in ground pool and surrounding landscaping in my backyard. Mr. Tanaka the owner of Landscaping & Pools assured me that he would be able to start the installation of the pool late spring early summer 2022 At the time my family was very excited to thinking they were going to be swimming in our new pool in the middle of the summer. On October 4th 2021 I gave Mr. Tanaka the owner of RTA Landscaping & Pools $48,108.00 as a deposit to insure he He would start the installation of the pool at the time he promised On May 2022 I contacted Rei to find out when he would start our pool, he always had an excuse why he couldnt answer my calls On June 27th 2022 Rei informed me he would start my pool at the end of July. 2022. On July 27th 2022 Rei informed me that he was still a couple of weeks away from starting my job, and asked me to direct future communications to his administration assistant. When I emailed his assistant to find out the start date of my job, she told me that in terms of my job she suspects the digging would start mid October. At this time I figured this guy is just stalling and keeps giving me the runaround, so I asked Rei to return my deposit since he couldnt fulfill our agreement Rei informed me that he has no problem returning my deposit, but he doesnt have the funds to give me right now. Its now May 20th 2023 and he is still giving me excuses as to when he can return my money Rei, (RTA landscaping & Pools) has been untrustworthy in using my hard earned money for their own personal use This company is not to be trusted and shouldn't be allowed to stay in business. My experience with RTA Landscaping & Pools has extremely negative. Im not a disgruntled customer and I can prove all I included in this review. I just want to prevent others from being taken advantage by Rei (RTA landscaping & Pools).
