Both our upstairs toilets were plugged. We booked an appointment with Happy Pipes for 2 reasons. They could book us in the same day, and they don't charge anything to come out for an assessment if we agree to the work. He showed up at the time promised, explained why the problem happened, had it fixed in about an hour and a half, and cleaned up the mess when he was done. I think the bathroom was actually cleaner when he left than when he got here. The price he quoted was the price we paid, which was nice because I was expecting to pay a lot more. I will be using this company again if I need a plumber and I will also be recommending them.
