Tech came out to replace fridge parts on a leaking defective Samsung ice box. Couple of days after ice box was completely stuck and frozen. DOM tech told us we have to call Samsung to have them attend or we would be charged. When Samsung would not do anything further I called for some help and was told they dont have any techs on site. I was advised I should call another company for any help. Very disappointed on the service end with this company. They came and made my problem worse and washed their hands of us.
