Daine, the owner, came up with a design that was not practical or workable for our family of 5 in a 2000 sq ft home. She got rid of a bedroom and moved our back door to the side even after we told her these ideas were deal breakers. She invoiced up prior to seeing her design and then would not respond to our emails or phone inquiries. We fou d the company unprofessional and not service oriented. We felt that they were more concerned with winning a design award than working with us to find a practical solution. We now have a fabulous designer who has charged one third of the the cost of Comet. Our new designer is interactive, sits with us to come up with a solution together and is so much more practical. She is dedicated to coming up with a workable solution and is extremely reasonable with pricing. Complete contrast to Daine/Comet Interior designs who charged us for every phone call, email etc even when we were just inquiring about the costs we were invoiced! I would not recommend Comet. I have noticed they have been given a D grade by the BBB. Too bad for us, but for the rest of you, you are forewarned!
