An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jerry completed our total bathroom renovation ahead of schedule and to our complete satisfaction. He took on the whole job crossing lines of many skill groups. It was very impressive to see him tackle all aspects with high technical ability. Although working quickly he took time to explain what he was doing, checking to verify requirements with us and did make a few excellent suggestions. Like the use of pencils to edge the tile versus the j -channel edging someone recommended. The bathroom is beautiful, beyond our expectations. Jerry must be the perfect contractor for HIP. He did all the work perfectly and didn't need any support from the home office. Thanks again Jerry. You were the perfect contractor for us, too.
