Sean and Graham were really fantastic. They provided a clear costing and stuck to it. In fact, they even found ways to save here and there. They had great ideas and solutions, and most importantly they constantly checked in to make sure we were happy. They are really easy to talk to, and you always feel you understand each step as the renovation progresses so you have time to adjust and make changes. At one point Sean said "If you're not happy, we're not happy". What else can you ask for really. The quality of the work in the end was excellent, and they work cleanly. They seal off areas around the reno so dust does not travel and they clean up and tidy at the end of each day. They go far to make sure you furniture is taken care of, etc. The reno went longer then expected, but we were waiting for certain pieces to come in and I was in no real rush. I highly recommend these guys. Certainly not the cheapest quote we had, but not the most expensive either. You get what you pay for, but of all the quotes we received Sean and Graham made us feel like it would just be taken care of in a professional manner, and it was.
