We needed our foyer and ceilings in the entryway, living, dining, and kitchen painted before the 4th of July last year, as we had company coming over. On June 24th, I called Statz Painting, and they had a crew over within 3 days, painting our 2 story vaulted ceilings in the entryway, and they did a wonderful job in the the other rooms. Painting ceilings that high was something we just couldn't do safely, but didn't have a huge budget for either. They came in under budget, on time, and our house looks great. We'll be using them when we paint the exterior this summer.

Action Air Conditioning installed a central air conditioning unit for us on July 2nd, 2007, in the middle of a heatwave. They arrived promptly at 8 am, did a fantastic job, and we were nice and cool that evening. We have an older Victorian home which needed some duct work updated, but they were happy to do everything we needed, and we are very happy with the quality. They were on time, on budget, and very thorough. We won't hesitate to use them again in the future!

We contacted Handyman Connection to have someone come out and install new gutters on our older home. They sent someone out promptly, which we appreciated. The quote was reasonable, so we agreed to a contract. They were 3 hours late to the job the first day, and didn't finish in one day as they had said they would. They did come back the second day, but were almost 2 hours late then. The quality of work once they got here was good, and we are satisfied with that. I would recommend them to people who have all day to spend at home waiting for them to arrive, and who aren't on a tight schedule. The work is worth the money though.

Mick installed our new dishwasher, hooking up water lines where there were none before, and installing a new granite kitchen sink for us. He also installed the disposal that we had purchased for no charge. Our dishwasher install was quite challenging, as we have an older home with ancient pipes, but he updated everything under the sink and connected it to the dishwasher. It works great, and we are very happy with the work.

We hired Decorative Concrete Systems to put down a new patio and pool surround for my parents as an anniversary present in 2007. They finished the job in 1 day less than they estimated, and it looks so beautiful. The quality is incredible. My parents are so happy with how it looks, and it held up great over the harsh winter. We are especially happy with how well they textured the area immediately around the pool, to make it non-slip. This company did a fabulous job!
