We're at the tail end of a major reno and have had annoying experiences with several disposal companies, in that they deliver bins late and pick them up really late. King came right on time. When we called them a few hours later to say we were ready to pick up, they were there within an hour. Their prices are excellent and the driver was friendly and courteous. A very good bet if you're looking to get rid of trash.
Basement Duct repair / relocation
Our basement ceiling is low and we needed our ducts moved out of the high traffic area. The job had been horribly botched by an unqualified contractor and our entire heating system had been compromised. We called Lou from Dave White Heating to fix the botch job. He returned our calls right away, came to see us within 24 hours (and he was on time to the minute!), spent time explaining the job and gave us a VERY fair estimate; less than we expected by far. Lou and his guys came in the next week, right on schedule, and completed the job without a hitch. The ducts were custom built to our specific needs. They are now moved out of the way and they look amazing. The air flows freely through our entire house again. Lou called us the next day to make sure we were satisfied. Seriously, if you have duct work to do, I can't recommend Lou and this company more highly. In our entire renovation we dealt with many people and none was as easy and great to work with as Lou. This company works with the rare combination of skill, integrity and punctuality.
