Terrible Customer Service, Extremly Rude, Horrible horrible BEWARE!!!! I bought this deal find that expires March 2, 2013. This is for a furnace cleaning. I booked this for today september 14th, 2012. The company showed up 45 minutes late, which was annoying but whatever. They started to calculate up all these additional charges that were not outlined in the fine print of the voucher. The only thing it says it does not include is tax or gratuities. They started talking about enviromental fees and waste management or something. Before they begun I called the company to politely ask them to point this out to me on the voucher and I will gladly pay the fees. The guy asked to speak to the young man who was here to do the cleaning, he stepped outside and then came back in and said Tim the boss had hung up on him. I called back and asked him to point it out and I will gladly pay him the fees. He told me that he has 3 clients currently on the phone waiting to book so does not need my business and didn't even try to explain to me where this was or anything. Was extremly rude to me and as I was still speaking to him on the phone the men who were to do the cleaning just left. He said to call dealfind and get a refund.
