Replace the windows and doors on my two story house
I had several contractors visit my house for an estimate. Most would do it in stages by different people- the "rough" estimate, the "exact measuring" estimate- done by someone else. And finally the person doing the actual work could be just out of trade school with no real expereience- especially if some unforeseen things occur like some wood rot for example. With RAM, Ray did all these three things himself. The person doing the actual work was therefoer every familiar with the house and his 25 years was an added bonus. I also checked out other houses he had worked on all the clients were very happy with him Ray is an excellent carpenter and is tedious in doing the job "perfect" the first time. He also repaired some header and sheathing problems and all the work was first class.
