The window replacement required specific measurements since it is surrounded by brick. The original one half moon shape window was no longer available from manufacturer. Randy King, the installer, came up with a method which made the window look better than the original, plus took less than one day to do a complex job, and cleaned up the job site after completion - they did a fantastic job.

They had the right part but did not install properly causing the washer to fill only half way. When asked about the obvious outcome, they stated it would be another service call to fit it correctly. When telling them they did not install it correctly the first time, they did not make the effort or offer to fix it correctly without charging me for another service call.
