Now days, there is an epoxy flooring material you can paint on yourself. Our parents chose to do this in their office, and started peeling a year after application. These guys came in over a two day time frame and poured the material on our floor, smoothed it out, applied paint chips to make it look speckled, and did a very professional job. To date, we haven't had a single problem with our flooring. Job well done!
