Long's Heating and Cooling was recommended by our home warranty service (HSA) to work on our furnace which was making a clunking noise. They came late but said we needed a new damper. They said they couldn't get the same damper as we had and that they could get another one which would do the job. They came back in a few days and installed the new damper and now the furnace makes a very loud whistling noise when it runs. The damper is not opening properly and they were called and came back a second time but did nothing except want to charge us another $100 for a service call but say nothing is wrong with the damper. The noise is very loud and annoying and keeps us awake at night and disturbs us during the day. They won't do anything to take of the problem.
