Dealt with Sears twice in the past with no problems. Decided to order 4 appliances for my condo. Sales person at the store "Fanny" was excellant, but delivery and installation was a disaster - I was constantly mislead by "customer service reps", and the delivery and installation people were , rude, obnoxiuos - I tired quickly of them telling me what they were going to do despite what was written on the work order. This is what you get with independant sub contractors who deliver and install! I will never use Sears again, and recommend you shop elsewhere. Sears Canada is NOT going to survive with such bad customer service and poor quality delivery and installer crews.
