Teresa of this company claimed their company are a professional company specialized in industrial cleaning, however when the two men came, they did not have the proper equipment. The truck they used was a brown van with a vacuum and not the typical duct cleaning truck with the proper suction which the other companies has used to clean my home before. the vacuum pipe is very tiny and not powerful, not like other company's 10 inch pipe, the procedure they used to clean the duct is wrong too--- the turn on the fan all the time while do the duct cleaning, that means most of the dust and debris is blown into your house, I don't know what do duct cleaning mean to them, clean the duct (I even doubt about that part), dirty the house? Now I can see dust and debris here and there over my house now, will need to hire another company to clean it again since I don't think even the duct is clean
