This was the worst contractor I have ever dealt with. Not only was the pool maintained poorly, the customer service was a nightmare. A system with incompatible components was installed, which lead to various problems. There was a customer service person named Elaine, who had an attitude issue. One time she even said to me " are you a 3 year old ?! " when I asked her to clarify a term she used on a troubleshoot phone call. I advice pool owners to select your meintenance company wisely.
