They could have sold me a new Maytag washing machine but instead, Dave recommended we repair of our older, and in their opinion, better made machine and saved us some money. He told us up front what was causing our problem and explained the risk/reward (cost/benefit) of attempting an unsuccessful repair. He was able to remove the old seized bearing and replace it. We are very satisfied with everything they have ever done for us over the many years we've used them. They are a small shop with excellent customer service.
