i received some help for a kitchen kit and loaded my cart and paid. it took an hour to get help and my supplies. i drove home 20 miles and started to assemble the kitchen but some box were mislabeled. i had to drive back to return them but they did not have any stock so i had to wait 3 weeks. i returned 3 weeks later after a call and picked up my supplies. bottom line 3 weeks and 3 visits for a project that should have been one day and one trip
