I used Rob to inspect my first ever home purchase. My realtor recommended him. He didn't want to turn the furnace on since it was October. When I took possession of the house in November, I noticed something was wrong with the furnace. Turns out it was leaking carbon monoxide into the house. Lucky I was vigilant enough to notice. Thanks for nothing Rob.
