Carrocel has been the model of professionalism and excellent service! John worked patiently with me and my busy and changing schedule, and always answered emails or phone calls promptly! The desk top was picked up exactly as promised. To my delight, the finished product was returned to me some 3 weeks ahead of the time initially quoted by Carrocel, in order to accommodate our family summertime commitments. My wife and I were thrilled with the finished product!! It was better-if that's possible- than it was when we bought it NEW at a very high end furniture store!!!
