Jim was able to complete our purchase inspection on about a two day notice. We had the report in our email only a few hours post inspection! He was extremely thorough and informative. He took his time and made sure I had a complete understanding of what he was talking about. It's always nice to find local, affordable, professional and personnable businesses to use. The home inspection is often a big stressor when buying but once we had it done we felt much better. We'd recommend Jim and use him again in the future!
