I am incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship, customer service and professionalism from Driftwood Mechanical. I was in a real pinch and unsuccessful in finding a company to commit to doing all of the work that needed to be done before winter. When I stumbled upon driftwood mechanical, I left a message and Justin got back to me immediately. He came over later that day to go over what needed to be done and lay out all of my options so that I could make an informed decision. Everything that he said he was going to do he did! All of the work was done on one day. His awesome team of skilled workers installed a wood stove and a heat pump in my home just as the first snow fell. They even helped me moved some furniture which further proved to me how above and beyond they go to ensure that their customers are happy and well taken care of. I have since reached out to Justin with a couple of questions and his timely responses are refreshing to say the least. In this day and age it's near impossible to get good customer service and driftwood is top notch! I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.
