I saw the ad for Perfection on WAGJAG, knowing full well that was a discount and that there would be extra charges. People who write reviews based on an advertised special and then complain about getting more work done for extra money arent really rating fairly. I chose to have my furnace motor and tumbler cleaned and my entire electronic air filter sysem clleaned, and yes there were extra ducts and an extra main. I got a fair price on the carpet cleaning and it was convenient to get it all done in one morning.Tim the technician who did the work was professional and explained everthing to me in detail and I oversaw the entire operation . I would recommend this company to others.
