We bought a 5 year warranty on our dishwasher, dryer, and washer. We are now in our 3rd week waiting for their service people to come and replace the heating element in our dryer (second time this needed replacing on a 3 year old samsung). Read the agreement carefully folks, they actually have up to 60 days to come and fix your appliance. The warranty for the washer and dryer cost us 249.99. This is the third time we have required service on an appliance. The first time, the dryer heating element took almost 2 weeks to replace. The second time we called to have the spray arm changed on our dishwasher, and it was going to take them 7 days just to send someone out to assess the problem, and *then* order parts. Instead we just went to A.P Wagner and replaced it ourselves. Incidentally, the warranty for the dishwasher cost us 149.99. So we wasted 150 bucks to fix our own dishwasher, and god help us, we have 2 years to go. 3 weeks to wait for your dryer to get fixed is not worth buying the warranty. This is terrible terrible service. The flyer they give you tells you "your product service plan provides you with prompt and courteous service". This is NOT TRUE. They also say "we guarantee your product's performance". Well, having the heating element need replacing twice in 3 years on a brand new dryer from future shop isn't what I call great performance. I certainly will not buy any appliances ever again from future shop, but if you do, don't waste your money on buying a warranty.
