Our dishwasher had an error and then went completely dead. Beau made time for us right away and came and fixed everything in a very reasonable time period (and cost). In addition, it is worth noting that Beau was extremely cautious, safe, and courteous with respect to following Covid safety guidelines (which we really appreciated). I recommend DES without reservation and will use them again when the need arises.
