Could not more highly recommend. I emailed about a problem we had with our outdoor power that seemed to have tripped (full well expecting someone to have to come out and take a look and the $$ that would go with that!). I know other people may know to look for a reset button, I had no idea, and Robert was so kind to email me back, very detailed, and encouraging me to look for one and that might solve the problem! This did solve the problem, and I couldn't believe that someone was willing to give me that advice for free! It speaks a lot about a person who does that and I know that if I needed an electrician in the future, he would be honest and helpful. Thanks so much Robert.

Thanks Michelle, although we do this type of courtesy on a regular basis we were not expecting a review on it. I guess it's more valuable than I think. Quite often we receive phone calls on little things like this and know the repair is simple and safe. Based on that we feel rather than send out a service person and all the charges that go along with that, we are happier giving the info for free. It makes us feel good and also creates a trust relationship with the general public. I'm glad we could help.
