Our washing machine was periodically filling with water even when not in use. Eduard was quick to respond to any communication. He was efficient in his visit (kindly wearing shoe covers), and rapidly diagnosed & replaced the faulty part. I would hire him again.

We hired Cosmos to move our 2bed + den condo into a house. The movers were a bit late arriving, but they worked efficiently once they were on site. They disassembled what needed to be taken apart, reassembled the same pieces in our new space, and dealt with some unexpected complications quite well. The move took a bit longer than estimated, but this was due to problems with our building's elevator. I would consider hiring them for other moves.
