I was looking for an affordable underpad for my very big but thin carpet - the caprets all seem to be so thin nowadays.... I found this company thru FB marketplace. Steve answered me almost immediately, and provided great customer service! He had a driver deliver right to my door and cut the underpad to my specs. Very professional and everyone was super friendly. The carpet is so comfy now and my kids just love reading on the floor now that it's so squishy and comfy!
