Hello I was truly very unhappy with the work and service I received service. In today’s market you pretty much have to interview anyone you hire, check + ask for references and have some sort of testing method for qualification purposes. I found this to be person not current with any programs especially when it came to pricing /cost completions dates/ or use of project management system for scheduling, even basic web use was unfamiliar or not existent, and work method is a very outdated with everything, and communication was a major issue any question/answers and reasonable changes results in a bad rude aggressive attitude and lead to major disagreements and arguments and when you call him you get a loud “WHAT” "WHAT" as a response this is no way to speak to anyone its just rude. I found this very immature and childish and very unprofessional rude attitude . What I learned is you need a proper legal contract, with timeframes included and proper outline based on project management system and request references this was a very length process as a result our cost was very high and in the end if you spend little more you will have quick faster more efficient completion with little to no headaches and more professional person to work with. A lot of fabrication more truthfulness needed, less rudeness and more polite attitude, a lot of supervision required, very slow work with much of my time spent micro management and looking for updates then you get major disagreement that lead to arguments which is the no way to conduct work in a professional manor . Pls be more truthful you can’t change story in your favor if you can't do something please learn to say you can't in the end people can see throw what is not the truth and you will end up looking foolish or simply take the time to learn so you do not need to embellish.
