After receiving the "bait and switch" from other flood recovery businesses in the Chicago area, we found J and M Reliable to be fair and not overcharge us for the job. The items were removed from the basement and the floor and walls were cleaned satisfactorily.

We bought our house in October of 2007. We knew it had a "sulphur water" problem. We did not realize that our water heater element had disintegrated, our water softner was non-functional, and our toliet internals were leaking. Rob was able to fix all of our problems in a timely manner. We would recommend his business to anyone!
