On July 24, Hot Shots installed a new flapper in my toilet. The job took about 10 minutes and I was charged $140 (including tax). Now I have to hold the handle down to get the toilet to flush properly, but I do not want this company back. I believe that I, as a very senior citizen, was taken advantage of.
