Smelled gas outside our home by the gas meter. It was late at night 8:00 p.m. Called Nicor to report it and they said that they would have someone out within the hour. It took only about 30 minutes. He inspected it and said that it was a broken seal and that the reason it smelled so concentrated was because of the cold weather. He assured us that it was not dangerous and that someone would be out the next week to fix it. The next week someone did come out to fix it. No more gas smell.

Had a backed up septic line. Called [another company]. They couldn't get out right away, plus the quote seemed mighter high. Called Doug's and they came right out and were 1/2 the price of [another company]
