Lenny was very responsive to our need for timely installation. We are upgrading our basement and needed to have him come at a particular time. He was so courteous when we needed to change the date due to another worker needing more time. Lenny was very professional and practiced proper COVID protection. He provided an extensive consult before the day of the job. He clearly knows the job inside and out. He cleaned up after and patched all holes. We will definitely use him again if needed and have his business card to share with friends.
