My partner and I contacted Gotcha Covered after discovering we would like more privacy for our living room window. Tamara contacted us and requested a video call to go over our options. After discussing our needs with the window we decided our best option was a black out roller shade. She then was able to send us some samples in the mail to see what colours would look best in the house. Tamara was very helpful and patient with us in the decision making process. She then came and measured the window and put in the order. The roller shade was very simple to set up and took only about 10 minutes to install.
