BEWARE! DELL ROOFING DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY! The wind blew a whole row of shingles off my roof and area around vents (all neighbor's roof in tact). Not only is this dangerous to the children playing outside but is a testament to inferior workmanship. They stop returning calls to avoid doing repairs. Check with BBB for rating and you will see I'm not the only one who received bad service & poor quality workmanship!
