Paramount Permanent Roofing put on our metal roof in 2013. We decided to add some more snow guards to the roof this year. My husband was very pleased from the very first phone call. Questions were answered, quote given, and an approximate installation date promised. We wanted the snow guards on before the snow arrived, and they delivered. John, the installer, and his assistant were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They did a top-notch installation, answered all our questions, and consulted with the office when there was any doubt. We were very pleased with the whole process.

Jonathan did an amazing job on our exterior windows, frames, and screens. Our windows were left spotless and streak-free using a purified water window cleaning system. I was also impressed with the company website. I was able to receive my quote and confirmation online. The e-transfer payment with clear instructions was so easy to navigate. The next day my receipt was sent to my email. Jonathan is very professional and pleasant to work with. It was a very positive experience, and we would highly recommend them.
