Our toilet in the office was clogged very badly. It was an urgent matter as customers had an out-of-service washroom that smelled terrible due to the toilet not flushing. We called McPipe Plumbing as they were were recommended to us by friends. Ethan, answered the phone and promised he'd get back to us with an ETA in about an hour. That's exactly what he did - a man of his word. Nowadays it's quite difficult to find an honest plumber who not only returns your calls and talks the talk, but ome who also walks the walk. Ethan was able to show up shortly after returning our call and snaked our toilet. The problem was fixed and the toilet was up and running like new. Ethan also took the extra step of cleaning the bowl of the toilet and the surrounding areas. It seemed like the toilet was never clogged!
