My parents needed to have their existing outdoor handrails to be fixed. The rails were extremely unstable and prone to my parents falling especially during slippery weather. My parents are seniors and I wanted to ensure they could entrust in a company that was honest and provided good work. Alex was professional and prompt on his replies. He explained everything in detail and even went the extra mile to have the latch on the gate fixed. Both Alex and Peter did a fantastic job. My parents are happy with the results.
