We hired Kennedy Construction to help renovate our ground level into a secondary suite. We liked the fact that they let us contribute where we could. Andrew's main crew was really nice and hardworking and did a great job. We were happy with most of their subtrades except for the drywall contractors which was quite an unfortunate experience, but I am sure Andrew won't use them again. The end result was exactly what we wanted!

Thanks Heather for your review, Yes it was unfortunate that Chris let us down on when he suppose to finish the dry-walling and his crew worked late hours, he was great in the passed and was way more affordable than the other quotes we got. He did a good job in the end for the price. And yes i wont be using them again. Enjoy your new Suite!
