I wished to replace my old Kenmore washer and dryer with reasonably priced newer models as both were over 25 years old and the dryer no longer worked. I was confused about what models to by as I am on a limited budget. Kathy showed me several models, one of which had a slight nick in it--floor sample. The nick was ok with me and I got both the washer and dryer at a discount. Best Buy was great at installing the product and my clothes are now clean and dry!
