Al did a preliminary meeting over the phone to find out what we were looking for and what we liked/did not like about our current flooring. He came to our home with a varied selection of samples. He was very up front and honest about the different types of products in terms of quality, comfort and style. His suggestions matched our research. Carpet was installed within two weeks of order. The installers were courteous, efficient and did a wonderful job! Being a mom with a 2 year old at home this was very important that the job was done right and with flexibility for what worked with my family. The price was 40% less than the big name flooring stores we looked at and we got personal attention and a great product. I have told all my friends to use this company. We know 3 other people who used A & R and are just as pleased as we are.
